The easiest way to search our database is to use the search box to the left. Use the pull-down menu to specify the category of your search (for examples persons), or use the "All" category to search in all categories.

The result page will consist of the closes matches in the categories selected. This will include exact matches and approx matches.

By default we'll find results that matches all of the words in your request. However, if there are no matches, we'll look for results that matches one or more words in your request.

It's not generally a good idea to search for common words like "fc", "fk", "football", "club" and so on. If you want to look up the team Liverpool, then a search for "Liverpool" would be better than say "Liverpool FC".
